La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9gions ont adopt\u00e9 FACe, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception du Pays basque, qui a mis en place son propre syst\u00e8me, appel\u00e9 <strong>Ticket BAI<\/strong>. Toutefois, cette obligation a \u00e9t\u00e9 retard\u00e9e et n&rsquo;entrera probablement en vigueur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir de 2026. En attendant, les entreprises peuvent continuer \u00e0 utiliser les factures papier, les PDF avec signature \u00e9lectronique ou l&rsquo;EDI (\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es informatis\u00e9es) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la r\u00e9glementation.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape :<\/strong>\u00a0Les entreprises dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d\u00e9passe 8 millions d&rsquo;euros devront se conformer aux exigences de la facturation \u00e9lectronique.<\/li><li><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Un an plus tard, l&rsquo;obligation s&rsquo;\u00e9tendra \u00e0 toutes les autres entreprises, y compris les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f0e60d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2f0e60d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">E-reporting et Veri*Factu (l\u00e9gislation anti-fraude)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5daeb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5daeb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align);\">D\u00e9claration \u00e9lectronique :<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\"> En plus de l&rsquo;obligation de facturation \u00e9lectronique, un mandat de d\u00e9claration \u00e9lectronique sera mis en place. Les donn\u00e9es des factures devront \u00eatre transmises aux autorit\u00e9s fiscales espagnoles via des plateformes certifi\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>L\u00e9gislation Veri*Factu :<\/strong> Cette loi, con\u00e7ue pour lutter contre la fraude \u00e0 la TVA, impose aux<strong> entreprises l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un logiciel de facturation certifi\u00e9 permettant l&rsquo;envoi des factures aux autorit\u00e9s fiscales en temps r\u00e9el<\/strong>.
