Interoperability
Interoperability is the absolute trademark of our platform. Nymus X communicates seamlessly with almost all ERP systems, accounting platforms and e-invoicing portals such as Basware, Ariba, Tungsten …. Additionally, we also deliver to PEPPOL via our own PEPPOL Access Point. That way you also connect easily and lightning fast to the Mercury network of government.
User portal
Through a personalized web portal, you easily drop your invoices for automatic processing, certification and mailing. Track shipping and payment statuses in real time. The authenticity and integrity of each document is assured by timestamping and e-signing. Set different permissions for different employees and establish an audit trail for each document. Easily modify customers’ personal information or resend a document through a channel of your choice.
E-mail service
Not every business e-mail has legal value. Nevertheless, it is possible to send these letters or emails through the same platform as well. For this, we use a specialized email service provider. The service is intended only for administrative or confidential emails sent from a subdomain of the sender. This way you avoid the spam folder or even blacklisting.
Reporting
Get deeper insight into your outbound invoice flow through clear reports and visual KPI dashboards. What is the total amount of outstanding sales? How many invoices were sent in a particular format? Track the broader picture of your accounts receivable process in real time, zoom in on each shipping channel and verify that an invoice has been received, opened and paid.
Electronic signing
Two crucial conditions for a legally valid digital document are authenticity and integrity. We guarantee legal validity through e-signing (certified by Nymus), time stamping (recognized by the Belgian government), or any other audit trail process. This is how you sign contracts, forms or legal documents securely and EIDAS-compliant.
E-archiving
Stop wasting time filing, looking up or correcting paper invoices. Automatically store outgoing invoices, digital or paper in an easily searchable and 100% legal digital archive. Through the e-archive, you can easily find invoices, both as sender and recipient. All data is stored in Belgium via a certified service provider.
E-invoicing
Increase your working capital and improve customer experience through a fully electronic and automated AR cycle, without any human intervention. Invoices are delivered directly and fully automatically to the recipient’s accounting or ERP system, in the correct format. This frees both the sender and the recipient from administration.
Client portal
Receive far fewer administrative emails and phone calls from now on thanks to a self-service customer portal. Customers can access, download and pay their bill 24/7 in a trusted, user-friendly and secure environment. There they can also easily find all additional documents. This gives you an edge over competitors through a better user experience AND gets you paid faster.
Payments
Offer different payment methods through a secure portal, a secure link or a QR code. Payment can be made through all kinds of payment options: from regular bank transfer to credit card, direct debit or direct debit, incl. SEPA mandate management. Incoming payments are automatically forwarded to the sender.
